UPDATE: This article has been retracted, as we have discovered it is inaccurate to say that UBS Securities LLC bought a controlling interest in Dominion. Neither is it a subsidiary of UBS Securities Co. LTD, which is 75% Chinese government owned. The other 25%, however, is owned by UBS AG, a large Swiss multinational, which is the owner of UBS Securities LLC.
Questions still arise worthy of investigation, anytime near one-half billion dollars moves in the direction of the company at the heart of the most disputed election in American history, exactly one month before that election. But accuracy is important when only the truth is on your side.
It is true that Andy Huang, Dominion’s Core Infrastructure Manager of Information Technology, previously worked for China Telecom, a Chinese-military affiliated company.
It is also true that one of Sidney Powell’s Georgia witnesses, a former US Army 305th Military Intelligence Officer, has presented evidence of Chinese government hacking into the UA 2020 election.

But it is accurate to say:
* UBS Securities LLC
paid $400m to Staple Street Capital, which owns 75.2% of Dominion Voting Systems
* UBS AG owns UBS Securities LLC
* Loose but obvious connection: a company called UBS Securities Co. LTD is 75% owned by China. 25% is owned by UBS AG. And as mentioned above, UBS AG owns UBS Securities LLC, which paid Staple Street Capital $400m in October 2020
